The 60 mm, 40 kg/m³ injected polyurethane insulation provides outstanding thermal efficiency, helping maintain stable internal temperatures even in hot working environments. The interior includes embedded tray slides with 23 storage levels spaced at 55 mm, accommodating full-size GN 2/1 trays, making it perfect for large-scale food storage.
The unit uses a forced-draught cooling system with a hermetically sealed compressor, copper piping, and aluminum evaporator flaps for efficient and uniform freezing. A digital display ensures precise control of temperature and defrosting, while the freezer operates reliably within a temperature range of -18°C to -22°C, tested in climate class 4 conditions.
The freezer features self-closing doors that stay open at 90° and stay permanently open at angles above 135°, making loading and unloading easy.
