The Fagor CO-400 COLD Glasswasher from the EVO Generation – Concept Range is a compact, high-efficiency front-loading dishwasher designed specifically for bars, cafés, restaurants, and catering environments that require fast and impeccable cleaning of glassware. With a robust stainless-steel construction, compact footprint, and powerful wash system, it delivers excellent washing results while optimizing energy and water consumption.

Offering an impressive output of 30 baskets/hour, the CO-400 COLD ensures smooth service flow even during peak hours. The 400 × 400 mm basket size accommodates various types of glassware, and the interior clearance of 275 mm makes it suitable for glasses up to 270 mm in height.

The unit features a 120-second wash cycle, with the option to activate an extra cold rinse at the end of the cycle, ideal for bars serving chilled beverages. The double rotating wash and rinse arms—positioned above and below—are made from stainless steel, ensuring uniform cleaning and long-term durability. A powerful 280 W wash pump and a 2.0 kW tank heating element maintain optimal wash temperature and performance.

A 7-liter boiler with a 2.8 kW heating element ensures a consistent, sanitizing rinse, while thermostatic controls maintain washing at 60°C and rinsing at 90°C, supported by security thermostats and built-in safety systems. Additional features include an automatic detergent and rinse dispenser, built-in non-return valve, and magnetic door safety switch.

Designed for easy integration into any workspace, the CO-400 COLD includes adjustable legs, double-skin door construction for insulation and noise control, and smooth stainless-steel finishing for hygiene and durability. The unit operates at a low 65 dB, ideal for front-of-house locations.
