The Fagor CCN-3G Freezer Counter is a premium, heavy-duty GN 1/1 freezing unit designed for maximum durability, storage efficiency, and ergonomic workflow in professional kitchens. With its robust 3-door configuration, deep GN compatibility, and integrated stainless-steel worktop, it is ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering operations, bakeries, and high-volume food production environments.
Constructed with a full AISI-304 stainless steel interior and exterior, the CCN-3G ensures superior hygiene, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability. Its 50 mm high-density polyurethane insulation (40 kg/m³) provides excellent thermal efficiency and stable temperature control, reducing energy consumption and maintaining constant freezing performance—even under demanding conditions.
The worktop features a 100 mm high stainless-steel splashback, protecting surrounding surfaces and improving hygiene. An intuitive digital electronic control display provides precise regulation of temperature and defrost cycles, including energy-saving functions for optimal operational performance.
The CCN-3G features hinged doors with automatic return, closing automatically at less than 90° and reducing cold air loss. Doors include removable magnetic gaskets for maximum hygiene and easy cleaning. The interior is designed with embedded curved corners, drain outlets, and a removable defrost water collection tray, ensuring effortless maintenance.
A forced-draught cooling system with low-consumption electronic components ensures uniform and powerful air distribution throughout the cabinet. This maintains consistent freezing temperatures between -18°C and -22°C, preserving food quality longer.
The unit includes height-adjustable stainless steel legs, GN 1/1 epoxy-coated grids, and fully adjustable tray guides. Optional countertops (granite, welded, or without splashback), wheel kits, locks, panoramic apertures, and left-group configurations provide complete customization to suit any kitchen layout.
