Each plate is divided into 170 mm easy-lift sections for effortless removal and cleaning.
To enhance hygiene and usability, the grill integrates a double fat-drainage system, two front-mounted grease collection trays, and a 12-liter lower tray that can be filled with water to create a low-intensity steam environment—reducing smoke and improving cooking quality. Additional features include a 130 mm stainless-steel anti-splash shield, laser-cut welded construction, water-tight controls, and enamelled cast-iron chimney protection.
