The cabinet includes up to 20 GN 2/1 sliding guides with 60 mm spacing, allowing flexible storage for plates, trays, or gastronom pans. A built-in thermostat and external thermometer allow precise control from 0°C to 90°C, while the wave-less evaporation tray prevents drying out of food. Ergonomics and mobility are enhanced with four Ø160 mm sound-proof castors—two of them braked—for safe and stable movement even under heavy load.
A robust stamped control panel, reinforced bumper protections, and a key-lock door ensure safety and durability in demanding environments.
